Frequently asked Questions
How can I book to see Santa?
There are two ways to book.
Firstly, you can book on-line by using the link which we will provide nearer the time. You can book at any time up until 6pm on the Friday before the day you wish to visit.
Secondly, you can book in person at the Grotto on any Saturday that the Grotto is open. You can book for that day (subject to availability) or any of the other Saturdays.
The Grotto was very busy in 2018 and on-line booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
